Agreement
By creating an account or using udyamone.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The platform is provided by Cupid Compusoft Pvt. Ltd.
The service
UdyamOne provides online storefronts, order management, billing, inventory, CRM, payments tooling and marketing features for businesses. Some capabilities are labelled Beta or Coming soon; Beta features may change and are provided as-is.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login (OTP device) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your staff users.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use & Prohibited Products policy and applicable law, including GST and consumer-protection requirements for your sales.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as displayed on our Pricing page. Taxes are extra where applicable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of your store content and customer data. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you sell and publish.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and back up data regularly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. After cancellation, data handling follows the Data Deletion policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
