Illegal drugs and psychotropics; weapons, ammunition and explosives; counterfeit or stolen goods; wildlife and protected-species products; tobacco/alcohol where sale requires licences the merchant does not hold; adult content; lottery/gambling where prohibited; any item whose sale violates Indian law.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud or misleading claims; infringing others’ trademarks, copyright or designs; sending spam or messaging customers without consent; attempting to breach platform security or other merchants’ data; using the platform to harm minors.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal, store suspension or account termination, and may be reported to authorities where required. Decisions are recorded in our audit log.
