Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable except as below.
7-day guarantee on first purchase
If UdyamOne does not work for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription — email info@cupidcompusoft.com from your registered account.
Assisted Setup packages
Assisted Setup fees are refundable in full before work begins, and 50% after catalogue import has started but before store publication. After publication they are non-refundable.
After cancellation
Your store is unpublished. Your data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it is scheduled for deletion per the Data Deletion policy.
Merchant sales
Refunds for products sold by merchants are governed by each merchant’s own policy — UdyamOne is not the seller.
