Merchant Agreement
Parties
This agreement is between Cupid Compusoft Pvt. Ltd. (platform provider) and the business registering a merchant account ("Merchant").
Merchant responsibilities
The Merchant is the seller of record for all sales through their storefront: product legality, pricing, GST invoicing accuracy, order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer service are the Merchant’s responsibility.
Platform responsibilities
We provide the software platform, hosting, and tooling (storefront, billing, CRM, campaigns). We are not a party to the sale between Merchant and customer and do not take commission on sales.
Payments
Payments collected via UPI or gateways flow directly to the Merchant’s accounts as configured. The Merchant is responsible for reconciliation and applicable taxes.
Customer messaging
Campaigns and reminders are sent on the Merchant’s behalf. The Merchant must have the right to contact those customers and must honour opt-outs.
Data
Customer records created by the Merchant belong to the Merchant. On termination the Merchant may export data as per the Data Deletion policy.
Suspension
We may suspend stores that sell prohibited items, receive verified fraud complaints, or breach this agreement. A reason will be recorded and communicated.
