Merchants can export products, customers, orders and invoices from the dashboard (or by writing to info@cupidcompusoft.com) at any time, in CSV/JSON formats.
Requesting deletion
To delete your account, use Settings → Danger zone, or email info@cupidcompusoft.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account".
What happens
Your storefront is unpublished immediately. Within 30 days your account data, store content and customer records are permanently deleted from live systems; encrypted backups age out within a further 30 days. Invoices we must retain for tax law are kept only as long as legally required.
Customer requests
If you are a customer of a merchant store, contact that merchant first — they control your record. We assist merchants in fulfilling such requests.
